Booking Conditions                                

1. Contract of hire.      

The hiring contract will be between you holiday home the owners.

Any communication will be between Mrs. Karan Harris, booking agent who is acting on behalf of the owners and will be made subject to these conditions of hire and under English law.

The contract of hire does not become effective until you receive written confirmation of the booking from us.

We do not accept bookings from hirers under the age of 18.

 

  1. Initial payment.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit of £100. If, however, a booking is made within 10 weeks of the holiday commencement date, the full rental amount will be due.

 

  1. Balance payment.

The balance of payment is due 10 weeks before the holiday commencement date.

The deposit paid on booking is non-refundable unless the week is re-let.

  1. Booking cancellation.

If you are forced to cancel your holiday, please inform us immediately. Whilst we will make every effort to re-let the property you will remain liable for full payment if you cancel within 10 weeks of the holiday commencement date and we are unable to re-let the property.

We guarantee that the owner will give a full refund in the event that the holiday is cancelled due to an unforeseen occurrence affecting the property.

  1. Holiday insurance.

We strongly advise that you arrange holiday insurance for your stay that includes cover for cancellation and your personal property.

Your use of the property is entirely at your own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to users or visitors’ belongings.

 

  1. Party numbers.

No more than the maximum number of (as specified for each property) guests and a baby is allowed to stay in the property.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke any bookings from parties that may, in our opinion, and in our sole discretion, be unsuitable for the property concerned.

 

  1. Hirers responsibilities.

The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it.

All equipment, utensils, crockery, glasses etc. must be left clean and the property is to be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

Arrival and departure times are specific to each holiday home.  Please be prompt on the day of departure to allow deep cleaning for the next guests.

 

Smoking is NOT allowed in the premises and it is the hirers’ responsibility to ensure that smoking does not take place.

 

No wet dogs in the cottage, they must be kept off all furniture and NEVER left alone on the premises

Dogs are not allowed upstairs in the cottage.

Please clear and dispose of all dog mess during your stay

 

In the unlikely event that you become ill with Covid-19 Symptoms you must inform Karan Harris IMMEDIATLEY and make arrangements to return home IMMEDATIELY 

 

Kindly remove the used bedding from the beds and place ALL used towels and linen in THE BLACK PLASTIC BAGS PROVIDED

 

The owners cannot accept liability for happenings outside their reasonable control such as breakdown of domestic appliances plumbing, wiring, temporary invasion of pests, damage resulting from exceptional weather conditions or the hirer’s negligence resulting in loss, injury or accident.

Please report ALL breakages, which must be paid for.
