Inside the cottage

Far reaching sea views across the rooftops, close to beautiful beaches and award winning restaurants, Magwyn is a charming, cosy Edwardian holiday home from home.

Ground Floor:  

  • Entrance Hall – with telephone.
  • Sitting Room – with comfortable seating;
  • Free WI-FI, TV, DVD, radio and open fireplace.
  • Sitting Room 2/Sun Room – with comfortable seating, a secondary TV (with Freeview), DVD, dining chairs and table, and French doors to the garden. Easily adapted for large parties to eat in.
  • Kitchen – with breakfast table and chairs.
  • Shower Room – with shower, washbasin and WC.

First Floor:  

  • Bedroom 1 – with a 5ft double bed and washbasin.
  • Bedroom 2 – with two 2ft 6″ divans – these can be hooked together to form a 5ft double bed. Sea Views.
  • Family bedroom – with 2 single beds, two bunk beds, cot and a Z-bed. French doors to the balcony and sea views.
  • Bathroom – with bath, washbasin and WC.

Facilities:   

  • Central heating.
  • FREE Wi-Fi
  • Gas and electricity costs are included in the rent.
  • Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome for a small supplement.
  • Bed linen according to requirements. Towels are only provided for people from overseas.
  • A cot, a highchair and an additional Z-bed are provided.
  • Telephone for incoming calls only.
  • Automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker.
  • Books and games.
  • All the main rooms are fully carpeted and have double glazed windows.

Linen included. Towels provided for overseas visitors

The fine Links, 18-hole Championship Golf Course is close by.
Malgwyn is close to the beach cafe and golden sand dunes with marram grass.
RSPB sanctuaries are a coast hopper bus away!
There is a post office/store with deli within walking distance.
